What areas do you provide your rental services?

We are local to the Hesston/Newton, Kansas area but are licensed to provide services in all of Kansas. A reasonable delivery fee may apply for areas outside our local area.

Do you deliver, set up and pick up the equipment?

Yes, we will be delivering and setting up the equipment in accordance with our advanced safety training. The unit will also be inspected one last time prior to giving jumpers the green light to have fun.

I notice we can have the unit for up to 6 hours, when do you arrive for set up and pick up?

Depending on the unit, we’ll arrive 30-60 minutes prior to your 6 hour time frame. We’ll arrive promptly at an agreed time for pick up.

What if my event is only a few hours, can I have it for less time?

Of course, you set the time, the price is the same for up to 6 hours.

Do you clean and disinfect the inflatables?

Renting and paying for something that is not clean is unacceptable. Our inflatables are inflated and cleaned/disinfected with hospital grade cleaners between each use. Guaranteed. We do ask there be no food, drink, confetti or streamers inside the inflatables. If something unexpected happens, we ask for honesty in telling us so it may be handled and cleaned properly prior to deflating the unit and departing the event. Silly String is not allowed anywhere near the inflatable.

What do I need to know about set up?

The inflatable can be set up on grass, dirt, asphalt, concrete or any smooth flooring and should be no more than 100 ft away from power. We will provide industrial grade extension cord. We do not mind plugging into a generator if needed, but we will not provide one. Generators will need to have at least 5500 of running watts per unit.

How easy is the rental process?

We do everything electronically through email. After all details have been discussed, we'll send out an electronic invoice for a deposit to hold the date. We'll then send out the Rental Agreement for electronic signature and the final invoice about a week prior to the event. We ask those are complete prior to delivery. We'll go over additional safety rules after set up.

What peace of mind can you provide regarding the safety of your inflatables?

Safety comes first. Our inflatables are inspected and permits are on file for each unit. We are Advanced Inflatable Safety Operations Certified and will be happy to provide a copy of our certificate upon request. Your inflatable will be set up accordingly. We will provide safety rules upon set up.
